You won’t want to miss the Tampa Bay Hurricane Expo 2008 – Are you Ready Tampa Bay? Know your zone, make a plan! A one-stop-shop to get you prepared for hurricane season. Talk to local and national emergency managers, meet with emergency management representatives with the City, County and other storm safety organizations, and get your official hurricane guide and other hurricane preparedness information to help get you, your family and your pets ready for a possible storm evacuation.
With your discounted admission to MOSI, you can walk through Disasterville, 10,000-square-feet of exhibits on floods, hail, lightning, volcanoes and tsunamis, including immersion theatres that demonstrate what it's like to experience a hurricane, tornado, wildfire and earthquake.
